Testimonials

  • Literally cannot thank you enough for helping this become possible. This climb was very much at the forefront of my mind on our first training call last year and it's so sick that it actually happened!

    — DELPHI athlete after sending their long-term outdoor project

  • The focus on mindful drills is something that many people miss. By the end of my first cycle, I felt like I had genuinely leveled up. There was a distinct improvement in my ability to move powerfully. I had seen gains from other programs, too, but this felt SO different in terms of the little details and the focus on them.

  • I couldn't have asked for a better person to be with me for my last years in youth. You've truly done so much for me and put your everything into this. You have genuinely helped me to grow so much as an athlete and a person.

    — 2024 Junior US National Champion, Open Nationals finalist

  • I almost quit climbing when I burned out early in my career, but you helped me abandon my results-oriented approach and learn to compete for the love of the game. Ironically, this ideology enabled me to achieve my greatest competition performances to date. You preach work ethic, authenticity, and self-expression married with science-backed training tactics for a holistic approach that is unique to every athlete.

    — 5x US Open National Champion, World Cup Medalist

  • We feel like we hit the jackpot with you. Thank you for your time, your mentorship and approach to coaching. The time and attention you give my boy who adores you is worth everything to me.

  • One of the biggest challenges for an athlete is finding a coach who meets you where you are and matches your level of dedication and desire to improve. You have always been attentive, and the training plans you’ve given me have been personalized and tailored not only to what works on paper, but to what works best for my mind and body. You have been my rock through some of my most important competitions, providing unwavering support while also bringing so much fun and positivity to my training. I am incredibly grateful for the impact you’ve had on my growth, both as an athlete and as a person.
